First impressions of Dr Marshall were very good. He was very friendly putting us at ease very quickly, great communication skills, up to date with medical history explaining the procedure with ease, providing great understanding of timescales and processes. Prior to the anaesthetic being administered he and his team created an environment which was relaxed but purposeful putting me at great ease. Hopefully I won't see him again with good health but if I did I feel I would be in very safe, caring hands.

Dr. Chris Marshall came in smiling and with great eye-contact, giving me the feeling that I was his main focus that day. He explained what would happen in terms of analgesia in my complex operation and, in particular, about the nerve block he would administer. It all went very well and the nerve block was a great boon for the following 36 hours. His follow up was also very positive and, based on my experience, I would recommend him highly.

Chris is a lovely, warm, genuine chap and made me feel at ease at a time I was highly anxious prior to my operation. He is a true professional and genuinely cares, taking time to reassure and explain in clear and concise terms what would happen and answer my questions. He checked in with me in the recovery room too - all of which contributed to the very high standard of care provided to me.
